Yes! A new sporty two-seater from Audi!

September 3, 2025

Sleek, simple and recognizable

Audi has pulled back the curtain on a striking concept car: the Concept C. This is not only a foretaste of a new two-seater, but also shows the direction Audi wants to go in terms of design. So count on more future models with clean lines and no unnecessary frills. Audi itself calls the design language “radical simplicity.”

A front full of history

What immediately catches the eye is the upright “grille” with the four rings pontifically in the center. The headlights each have four light elements. Modern, but clearly inspired by the 1930s Auto Union Type C.

Coupe and convertible at the same time

At first glance, the Concept C looks like a coupe, but the roof electrically folds away into two separate panels. A rear window? There isn’t. Instead, there are horizontal slats that also immediately hide the third brake light strip.

Sports car with EV ratios

The battery is in the middle of the car, because yes, the new two-seater is all-electric. According to Audi, that makes for short overhangs, a low seat and balanced weight distribution. For now, the Concept C has rear-wheel drive, but an all-wheel-drive version is also coming. Fast charging should be nice and smooth thanks to the 800V system.

Not a TT, not an R8 – but something in between

The Concept C fills the gap between TT and R8: sportier than a lifestyle coupe, but less extreme than a full-blooded supercar. Audi thus focuses this car on twisty country roads and driving pleasure, not lap times.

Inside: quiet and tactile

The interior also exudes simplicity. No screens constantly demanding your attention, just a 10.4-inch display that you can neatly fold away. Everything looks very minimalist.

Production ready in 2027

Audi is aiming for 2027 for the production version. According to the brand, not much will change: only practical items such as door handles and additional sensors will be added. According to Audi, the car is already more than 80 percent production-ready. The technical basis could just as easily be shared with the electric Porsche 718 Boxster and Cayman, but for now we are speculating.
