Hyundai IONIQ 6 N price equal to that of IONIQ 5 N!

April 29, 2026

Starting price Hyundai IONIQ 6 N

The new Hyundai IONIQ 6 N is in the Netherlands and available for immediate order at Hyundai dealers. It is the first all-electric sports sedan within the N range. It costs a minimum of 73,995 euros. Coincidentally, the IONIQ 5 N has the same starting price.

Very fully equipped

Hyundai delivers the IONIQ 6 N in the Netherlands in one trim level, which is immediately very fully equipped. It comes standard with 20-inch forged N alloy wheels with high-performance Pirelli tires, sporty N bucket seats upholstered in leather and alcantara, a special N steering wheel with direct access to performance functions, and a cockpit with dual 12.3-inch displays.

Further equipment

Things like a head-up display and wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard. The same goes for a Bose premium audio system, comprehensive driver assistance systems such as Highway Driving Assist II and Remote Smart Parking Assist II, Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Over-The-Air (OTA) updates. Optionally, Hyundai provides a sliding/tilting glass roof. The true performance enthusiast will leave that option out, as the car has a lower center of gravity without such a roof.

Better thermal performance

Compared to the Hyundai IONIQ 5 N, the IONIQ 6 N has been advanced in several ways. For example, new, integrated cooling systems provide significantly improved thermal performance, the battery heater is even more powerful and the body is even more rigid. The shape of the IONIQ 6 naturally makes it much more aerodynamic compared to the SUV-like IONIQ 5.

Powertrain Hyundai IONIQ 6 N

The sports sedan features an 84 kWh battery pack and two electric motors – one on each axle – that combine for a system output of 448 kW (609 hp). In N Grin Boost mode, this rises to 478 kW (650 hp) and 770 Nm of torque. That translates into a sprint from 0 to 100 km/h of just 3.2 seconds with Launch Control, while the top speed is 257 km/h. The range comes out to 487 kilometers (WLTP) and the car can also do ultra-fast charging via 800V technology, which allows the battery to be charged from 10 to 80 percent in about 18 minutes.
