June 6, 2023

Car Love

Wheels at the Palace is the new name of Holland’s finest and broadest automotive event of the year. “With the name change we want to emphasize that the event is not only about classic cars and youngtimers, but about car love in general,” said Jan-Peter Nijmeijers. “The past, the present and the future – after all, the love of the car is timeless.”

Royal location

A new name, more focus on modern cars and models of the future, and once again in a special, royal location. And of course, there is still the important and internationally acclaimed concours élégance, which takes place at the front of the palace. Celebrated will be the centenary of the 24 Hours of Le Mans, the 60th anniversary of Automobili Lamborghini and the 110th anniversary of the birth of Aston Martin.

At the back of the palace and around the palace pond, present and future will be extensively featured with well-known and new EV brands. The auto industry sees in Wheels at the Palace an attractive stage to showcase the car of today and the mobility of the future.

Wheels at the Palace has more to offer than just cars. Sponsor KNAC is celebrating its 125th anniversary there and there are terraces, food trucks, entertainment and pavilions of restaurateurs and classic car specialists.

Organizers Mick de Haas and Jan-Peter Nijmeijers expect that with the new name, the event can continue to grow as one of the leading automotive events in Europe, where Past, Present and Future come together in an exciting way. Learn more at Wheels at the Palace’s own website.
