Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid: most powerful Cayenne ever!

August 29, 2023

New top-of-the-line Cayenne family model

Following the launch of the revamped third generation Cayenne in early 2023, Porsche is now expanding the SUV range with a new top-of-the-line model. The all-electric driving range and performance have been taken to an even higher level. An electric motor with an output of 130 kW (176 hp) works together with the radically redesigned 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine with 441 kW (599 hp). The two power sources produce a combined output of 544 kW (739 hp) and maximum torque of 950 Nm. So that’s almost 1,000 Nm of torque! The new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.7 seconds and clocks a top speed of 295 km/h.

Race-Tex

Inside, aluminum trim in the dashboard and door panels emphasize the sporty character of the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid SUV and Coupe. The headliner is lined with Race-Tex. Standard equipment includes a heated GT sports steering wheel, a driving mode switch for quick and instant selection of the desired driving mode and 18-way adjustable leather sports seats. Alternatively, 14-way adjustable leather comfort seats are available.

HD-Matrix LED headlights

The new Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid also benefits from all the new features Porsche implemented in its model upgrade early this year. These include the new cockpit with a fully digital instrument panel in a curved and freestanding design with variable display options, an updated center console and the optional passenger display. The high-resolution HD-Matrix LED headlights – standard on the new Turbo E-Hybrid models – offer greater comfort and safety in the dark.

Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT package

With the GT package, the new Porsche Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe sets an even sportier tone. All chassis and control systems – including the air suspension – are tailored to this special model. The body is 10 millimeters lower. The camber on the front axle has been increased by -0.58 degrees and, combined with wider front wheels, provides even more dynamic cornering behavior, higher overall steering precision and significantly better grip. Powerful ceramic brakes (PCCB) are also standard with the GT package. The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe’s dynamic qualities can be further enhanced with performance tires for the standard 22-inch GT Design wheels, Porsche Dynamic Chassis Control (PDCC) and rear axle steering.

Black wheel arch extensions

Combining exceptional driving performance with the versatility of the updated E-Hybrid system, the Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT package offers the widest spectrum of dynamic performance and efficiency within the Cayenne model range. On the outside, the GT package stands out with a nose section with black accents, black wheel arch extensions, carbon fiber side sections on the roof spoiler, center exhaust pipes from the titanium exhaust system and a carbon fiber rear diffuser. The roof is also made of lightweight carbon fiber. The Cayenne Turbo E-Hybrid Coupe with GT package sprints from standstill to 100 km/h in 3.6 seconds and reaches a top speed of 305 km/h.
