Sloping roofline

“The gently sloping roofline falls elegantly over the car’s broad shoulders and gives the Cayenne Coupé Electric an emphatically sporty appearance,” says Thomas Stopka, Head of Exterior Design, Style Porsche. “The adaptive rear spoiler is harmoniously integrated into the body, while the way the rear window is embedded and recessed with fewer seams creates a fluid, modern look.”

Larger range for Porsche Cayenne Coupe Electric

The coupe shape with its sloping roofline helps further reduce drag. At 0.23, the Cayenne Coupé Electric’s Cw value is therefore lower than that of the SUV (Cw = 0.25), which benefits its driving range. As a result, the combined WLTP range of the Cayenne Coupe Electric has increased by up to 18 kilometers to a maximum of 669 kilometers, depending on the model. The Porsche Active Aerodynamics system includes features such as moving cooling air vents and an adaptive rear spoiler.

Dimensions

At 4,985 millimeters long and 1,980 mm wide (excluding mirrors), the Cayenne Coupe Electric is the same length and width as the Cayenne Electric. The highest point of the car is only 24 mm lower, at 1,650 mm. The luggage compartment has a capacity of 534 to 1,347 liters. There is also a frunk with another 90 liters of capacity. The rear seat – available as a two-seater or in a 2+1 arrangement – is electrically adjustable in two ways. As with the SUV, a tow bar and towing capacity of up to 3.5 tons is available. An off-road package is also available.

Three different versions

At launch, the Cayenne Coupe Electric is available in three different powertrain variants:

• Cayenne Coupe Electric with 300 kW (408 hp), overboost power with Launch Control 325 kW (442 hp), 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds, top speed 230 km/h
• Cayenne S Coupe Electric with 400 kW (544 hp), overboost power with Launch Control 490 kW (666 hp), 0-100 km/h in 3.8 seconds, top speed 250 km/h
• Cayenne Turbo Coupe Electric with 630 kW (857 hp), overboost power with Launch Control 850 kW (1,156 hp), 0-100 km/h in 2.5 seconds, top speed 260 km/h

Adaptive air suspension standard

The available suspension systems correspond to those of the SUV versions. The Cayenne Coupe comes standard with adaptive air suspension with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM). For the Cayenne S Coupe Electric and Cayenne Turbo Coupe Electric, the Porsche Active Ride active suspension system is optionally available. Rear axle steering with a steering angle of up to five degrees is optional for all versions.

Fast charging up to 400 kW

Thanks to 800-volt technology, the Cayenne Coupe Electric charges at up to 390 kW with a suitable fast charger and even up to 400 kW under specific conditions. AC charging speeds of up to 11 kW are available with the car’s standard on-board charger; a 22 kW charger is optionally available.

Interior Porsche Cayenne Coupe Electric

The Cayenne Coupe Electric adopts the Porsche Driver Experience of the SUV, offering a digital and driver-oriented control concept with a large screen area and a fully digital instrument cluster, the central Flow Display. Additionally, a screen for the front passenger plus an AR head-up display can be ordered as an option. Digital and analog controls complement each other seamlessly and are ergonomically optimized. With Porsche Digital Interaction, the emphasis is on individualization and intuitive operation. Personalizable functions, customizable screen themes and the integration of third-party apps ensure a connected and individually configurable user experience.

With the fixed glass panoramic roof – optional with Variable Light Control, an electrically switchable film of liquid crystals – and Sport Chrono Package, the Cayenne Coupe Electric’s standard equipment is even more extensive than that of the SUV.

Lightweight Sports Package

A Coupe-specific lightweight Sport Package is also available as an option. Depending on the chosen version, this reduces the car’s weight by 17.6 kg. The package includes a lightweight carbon fiber roof, sporty carbon fiber inserts, special 22-inch rims and high-performance tires. Sporty elements can be found in the interior, such as center lanes of the seats covered with classic fabric in Pepita pattern, Race-Tex headliner and carbon surfaces with an open structure. As an option, the Lightweight Sport Package can also be combined with black leather upholstery and a 2+1 arrangement in the rear.
