Fiat 600e: electric B-segment crossover (including prices!)

July 4, 2023

Known technology for Fiat 600e

Fiat, of course, is part of Stellantis, the group that also includes Jeep, Opel, DS Automobiles, Peugeot and Citroën. In other words, there are quite a few components on the shelf to develop a decent electric car. Not surprisingly, the all-electric Fiat 600e shares its technology with models such as the Opel Mokka Electric and Peugeot e-2008. Because just read along.

54 kWh battery and 156 hp

Under the skin, the Fiat 600e uses a lithium-ion battery pack with a capacity of 54 kWh, good for a WLTP range of more than 400 kilometers. With a DC charging rate of up to 100 kW, the Fiat 600e can be charged up to 80% in half an hour at a fast charging station. With the 11 kW AC on-board charger, charging at home or via a (semi-)public charging point takes less than six hours. The electric motor produces an output of 115 kW (156 hp), good for 0-100 km/h acceleration in 9.0 seconds. The driver has a choice of Eco, Normal and Sport driving modes.

Luggage space

Fiat has thought carefully about the so-called packaging of the model. For example, the 4.17-meter-long Fiat 600e has a 360-liter luggage compartment, as well as a front luggage compartment, a “frunk. In the interior, the model has a total of 15 liters of storage space. They can be found in the center console between the front seats – with a special cover and flexible cup holders – in the doors and in the dashboard.

FIAT 600e RED and FIAT 600e La Prima

Fiat 600e La Prima

The new Fiat 600e La Prima is the most richly equipped version. Which, according to Fiat, offers the maximum Dolce Vita experience. The top version comes in four different color schemes that refer to colors of the Italian landscape: Sun of Italy, Sea of Italy, Earth of Italy and Sky of Italy. Gray is no longer available. Fiat thinks that’s just boring. The world could use a little extra color, according to Fiat.
