Update Honda Civic: Can you see the differences?
Sharpened exterior design for Honda Civic
The Honda Civic e:HEV gets a modified upper and lower grille with gloss black accents. The front bumper has been redesigned and features a body-color spoiler. New 18-inch two-tone alloy wheels – gray for the Advance and black for the Sport – support the modified look. The door trim is now finished in high-gloss black.
Front fog lamps disappear from the design. Thanks to improved LED headlight technology, light output is maintained. Honda is also introducing a new color, Seabed Blue, as a replacement for Premium Crystal Blue. This comes in addition to existing colors such as Platinum White Pearl, Crystal Black Pearl, Sonic Grey Pearl and Premium Crystal Red Metallic. Optional accent colors Berlina Black, Nordic Silver and Patina Bronze complete the offering.

Updated interior
All trims get black interior headliner and new interior finishes, complemented by matte chrome details around the air vents. The Advance variant now features interior and floor lighting, while the Sport trim gets a heated steering wheel. The 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster offers brighter displays. Elegance versions now feature wireless charging in the center console, accessible to both driver and passenger.

Hybrid powertrain will be retained
Honda maintains the current e:HEV dual-motor system. The powertrain remains focused on direct driving response and fuel efficiency. The jump from 0-100 km/h takes 7.8 seconds, the range on a full tank is up to 840 km, and Honda gives an average fuel consumption of 4.7 l/100 km.
Comprehensive safety equipment
Each Civic e:HEV features Honda Sensing, which includes Forward Collision Warning. This system detects vehicles in front and provides visual, audible and tactile warnings when the distance becomes too close. A high-definition wide-angle camera recognizes road lines, roadsides, motorcycles, cyclists and pedestrians in light and dark conditions. The updated processor increases the speed and precision of object detection. Elegance models now also get automatic dimming of the interior mirror, a feature already available on Sport and Advance.
Market launch
The redesigned Honda Civic e:HEV will be in European dealerships from September 2025.
