The new Toyota bZ4X Touring – which has 600 liters of luggage space – will be available as Dynamic, as Dynamic AWD and as Executive AWD. Regardless of the choice of front-wheel drive or AWD, the bZ4X Touring is always equipped with a 74.7 kWh gross capacity lithium-ion battery and – depending on the version – an 11 kW or 22 kW AC on-board charger. The maximum quick charge (DC) capacity is 150 kW.
Version Dynamic: the basic version
The Dynamic is the entry-level model of the new bZ4X Touring. With a 167 kW (227 hp) strong electric motor driving the front wheels. This gives the car a maximum range of 560 kilometers (WLTP). You get matte black wheel arches, roof rails, black 18-inch alloy wheels, a power tailgate, two rear USB-C charging ports, a 14-inch large screen for the multimedia system and a dual wireless phone charger as standard.
With the high-mounted 7-inch digital information display, the driver has all the most important driving data at his/her fingertips. Windshield, seat and steering wheel heating is standard, as is dual-zone Climate Control and a heat pump. Connected Services also allows the car to be pre-heated remotely. Keyless entry is standard, as is keyless start.
The car comes standard with the Toyota Safety Sense package with various safety and assistance systems including Intelligent Adaptive Cruise Control, Emergency Driving Stop System and Proactive Driving Assist. With the Panoramic View Monitor 360-degree camera, Blind Spot Monitor with Rear Cross Traffic Alert with automatic braking function and intelligent front and rear parking sensors.
The Toyota bZ4X Touring Dynamic is available from 48,995 euros (tax value of 47,790 euros). With Toyota Operational Lease, the Toyota bZ4X Touring Dynamic can be driven from 670 euros per month based on a term of 60 months and 10,000 km per year. These rates are exclusive of VAT. The multi- kilometer rate varies between €0.03 and €0.19 per km.
With Toyota Private Lease, the bZ4X Touring can be driven from 699 euros per month. This is based on a term of 72 months and 5,000 km per year. The multi-km price varies between €0.03 and €0.19 per km.
Model Dynamic AWD
With the Dynamic AWD, the same luxury equipment is adopted and the bZ4X Touring gets Toyota’s most powerful battery-electric powertrain to date. With a system output of 280 kW (380 hp), the bZ4X Touring never lacks power. With the optional removable tow bar, the Toyota bZ4X Touring Dynamic AWD has a maximum braked trailer weight of 1,500 kilograms. The Toyota bZ4X Dynamic AWD is available from 52,995 euros (tax value of 51,790 euros).
Version Executive AWD
The most complete bZ4X Touring is the Executive AWD. Like the Dynamic AWD, this version features the 280 kW (380 hp) power train. To make AC charging faster, the Executive AWD has a 22 kW on-board charger as standard. From the outside, the Executive AWD is identified by a high-gloss black insert in the hood and the large panoramic roof. Inside, the Executive AWD gets luxurious synthetic leather upholstery. This is available in two colors: black and khaki.
Both front seats are ventilated and electrically adjustable, with the driver’s seat also featuring a memory mode. Infrared heating is located under the dashboard. The outboard rear seats are heated. With the optional removable tow bar, the Toyota bZ4X Touring Executive AWD has a maximum braked trailer weight of 1,500 kilograms. The Toyota bZ4X Touring Executive AWD can be ordered from 57,995 euros (tax value of 56,790 euros). Optionally, the Executive AWD can be equipped with 20-inch black alloy wheels. This costs 995 euros.
Colors Toyota bZ4X Touring
All versions can be ordered in six different color schemes, all of which are unique to the bZ4X Touring: Crystal Black, Magnetite Grey, Ice Silver, Crystal White, Sapphire Blue and Brilliant Bronze. The last color is the introduction color of the bZ4X Touring and gives the car a luxurious and adventurous look. The bZ4X Touring is 4,830 mm long and 1,670 mm high. That is 140 mm longer and 20 mm higher than the bZ4X it is based on. In addition to increasing the luggage space by 148 liters to 600 liters, the roofline also extends higher, allowing larger items to be carried in the car in height.
Guarantee
As with any Toyota, the new bZ4X Touring comes with a warranty period of up to 10 years and 200,000 kilometers if the car is serviced according to factory specifications at an official Toyota dealer or Authorized Repairer. For the battery pack, the warranty is even more extensive: up to 10 years or up to 1,000,000 kilometers.
