Notable: all engine variants Jeep Compass cost the same
Different motors
The plug-in hybrid has a powertrain with a system output of 165 kW (225 hp), 1,500 kg towing weight and up to 90 km of electric range (WLTP). The arrival of this e-Hybrid Plug-in completes the Jeep Compass offering. The range now consists of the PHEV with 165 kW (225 hp), the e-Hybrid with 107 kW (145 hp) and the fully electric version (Full Electric) with 154 kW (210 hp) and up to 500 km of range (WLTP). With a braked towing weight of 1,500 kilograms, the plug-in hybrid may tow 350 to 500 kg more than the e-Hybrid and Full Electric.
Altitude
Jeep delivers the new Compass in two trim levels. As standard, the Altitude offers a newly developed infotainment system with a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, 16-inch main central display, navigation and standard Connected Services that can be used both in-car and remotely. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are also standard, as are front and rear parking sensors, high beam assist, Keyless entry & start and a wide range of advanced driving assistance systems that enable Level 2 autonomous driving.

First Edition
The First Edition combines the Altitude’s equipment to include LED matrix headlights, an illuminated grille, heatable windshield and steering wheel, seat heating, parking camera and power tailgate.
Prices
Notable in the new Jeep Compass offerings is that the prices of the two trim levels are the same for all engine variants. The Altitude and First Edition are available at prices starting at 42,995 and 44,995 euros, respectively. No matter which powertrain you choose: you will always pay – all but five euros – 43 or 45 grand. According to Jeep, this makes it easier for customers to choose the engine variant that best suits their needs. Eight years of factory warranty is standard.
