The legendary Moto Guzzi factory in Mandello del Lario, on the shores of Lake Como, is undergoing an impressive metamorphosis. For more than 100 years, motorcycles have been built here, but starting in 2026, this historic site will become much more than just a factory. There will be a visitor area where motorcycle history, high-tech and brand experience come together.

Moto Guzzi factory on the upswing

The Moto Guzzi factory is currently undergoing a major renovation. Buildings are going up and production lines are smarter and more efficient. These are already operational and use advanced, automated technology. The complete transformation should be completed by mid-2026. The official opening is scheduled for September of that year.

Mandello as a motorcycle destination

Moto Guzzi wants the revamped factory to become a favorite destination for fans from around the world. Not only to experience production up close, but also to experience this brand’s rich Italian motorcycle heritage.
