Various engine variants Kia K4
The Kia K4 is positioned between the C and D segments. The Kia K4 is available with several powertrains, a selection of which are coming to the Netherlands. It is available as a Mild Hybrid (MHEV) that combines an 85 kW (115 hp) strong 1.0 T-GDi gasoline engine with a six-speed manual transmission or a seven-speed automatic dual-clutch transmission. In addition, the 132 kW (180 hp) strong 1.6 T-GDi gasoline engine with DCT7 automatic is available for the GT-Line Launch Edition and the GT-PlusLine. From December 2026, Kia will also introduce a Hybrid (HEV). Pricing for the Kia K4 Hybrid (HEV) will be announced at a later date. Kia is now releasing the prices of the MHEV first.
Five versions
The lineup starts with the Air (from 33,995 euros) that includes wireless Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, a 12.3-inch navigation system with Kia Connect and Live Services, a smart key with start button, highway assistance, dual zone climate control, a rearview camera, front/rear parking sensors and adaptive cruise control.
Plus
The Plus (from 35,995 euros) complements the Air’s equipment with such features as a heated steering wheel, heated front seats, a rain sensor, a total of 29 inches of panoramic displays and even more assistance systems including blind spot assistance, rear cross-traffic alert, an exit warning and an automatic dimming interior mirror. It visually distinguishes itself from the Air with privacy glass, fabric seat cover design and a more luxurious center console finish.
GT-Line Launch Edition
The lineup of the Kia K4 has been temporarily expanded with the GT-Line Launch Edition (starting at 38,495 euros) that has much of the same equipment as the Plus and adds, among other things, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, lumbar support on the front seats, a wireless charging station for smartphones and gear shifters behind the steering wheel. It stands out with its GT-Line exterior and interior details, 17-inch alloy wheels, LED headlights with integrated LED fog lights. It comes standard with a DCT7 automatic transmission. Optionally, the GT-Line Launch Edition is available with a glass sliding/tilting roof for an additional cost of 1,195 euros.
GT-Line
The GT-Line (from €42,995) raises the bar even higher. It adds five assistance systems, including highway assistance with lane change and also comes standard with a glass roof with slide/tilt function, a power tailgate (Sportswagon only), Digital Key 2.0, ambient lighting and a Harman Kardon® Premium Sound system.
GT-PlusLine
The top model of the lineup is the GT-PlusLine (from 44,995 euros)with GT-Line vegan leather seat upholstery, a 360-degree camera, a blind spot camera, front/rear/side parking sensors, front seat ventilation, rear seat heating, a head-up display and 18-inch alloy wheels (only for 1.6 T-GDi).
Surcharge Kia K4 Sportswagon
The starting prices listed are for the K4 Hatchback. The Sportswagon has an additional price of 1,500 euros for the Air, Plus and GT-Line Launch Edition, and 2,000 euros from the GT-Line.
