Golden Oldies in Voorthuizen

In 20 years, the old-timer event in Voorthuizen has grown into a true spectacle with as many as 900 vehicles and thousands of interested people. Participants from all over the country come to the Veluwe village with their vehicles. The numerous historical gems attract many spectators.

Static show followed by tour drive

At approximately two o’clock in the afternoon, the first vehicles will come to the center to park their carefully cherished vehicle on the square or on Main Street, which is closed to through traffic. Participation is free and visitors are free to walk among the historic gems and ask questions of the owners.

Vintage cars aged 35 years or older

Only vehicles 35 years old or older are welcome. After the static show, participants start driving a route through the area. That road trip draws plenty of interest. For many, seeing the moped, motorcycle, car, truck or tractor is a glimpse back into their own time, when they were young and perhaps drove it themselves.
