Leapmotor B10 is an electric SUV
The Leapmotor B10 is an electric SUV expressly aimed at families looking for an affordable and complete package without compromising on size or functionality. With a retail price of 27,995 euros (for the entry-level version), it already offers 160 kW (218 hp) and 240 Nm from its electric motor, coupled with a 56.2 kWh battery that promises a range of about 361 kilometers. Although the size – about 4.5 meters long – is similar to that of a Volkswagen ID.4, the price is well (10,000 euros) below that of its competitor, while Leapmotor states that the equipment level need not undercut it.
More range
For those who want more, there is a more powerful variant with a battery capacity of 67.1 kWh, increasing the range to 434 kilometers. This execution option is priced from 32,995 euros. In both cases, Leapmotor is targeting the C-segment (or “mid-size”/middle class) in SUVs, with the B10 model being the first global B-series SUV built on the LEAP 3.5 platform.
Rear-wheel drive
In terms of technology, the B10 is remarkably modern. The B10 supports DC fast charging up to 168 kW, which allows the battery to be charged from 30% to 80% in about 20 minutes. The top version accelerates to 100 km/h in about 6.8 seconds and reaches a limited top speed of about 170 km/h. Furthermore, the interior is surprisingly thoughtful: there is a panoramic roof of about 1.8 m², a 14.6-inch central screen, smart software and there are numerous driving assistance systems (ADAS).

With the arrival of the B10 in Europe, Leapmotor is making a powerful statement. The car is seen as an asset in making electric mobility more accessible, thanks in part to the pricing, scale and technology deployed. The first examples are on their way to Europe. Orders can be placed immediately.
