Electric car for 10 grand: Mobilize Duo now on order

March 7, 2025

Mobilize

First, what is Mobilize? That’s a non-mobility brand from Renault. So the name actually says it all. Mobilize carries the successor to the Renault Twizy: the Duo. You can get it – just like the Twizy – as a 45 km/h or 80 km/h version. The slower version is suitable for anyone 16 and older with a moped license, for the faster version you need a car license (driving license B).

Safety and comfort

With its 2.43 meter length and ultra-compact build, it is well suited for city driving. Parking in the city center is a piece of cake. The Duo comes standard with windshield heating, all-season tires and an airbag – the latter is quite unique in this segment. Optionally, you can choose seat heating and air conditioning.

Electric and environmentally friendly

The Mobilize Duo is fully electric and offers a range of up to 161 kilometers. Enough for daily rides to work, school or the sports club. The cart consists of more than 40% recycled material and is 95% recyclable. Nice and sustainable, in other words.

Mobilize Bento

Do you have a small business or do you like the idea of such a Duo, but lack cargo space? Then wait a little longer for the Mobilize Bento, the company car version with extra luggage space. It is aimed at package delivery companies and has a starting price of 10,676 euros excluding VAT.

Where do you buy it?

The Mobilize Duo can be ordered from more than thirty Renault outlets in the Netherlands and will be at dealers before summer. The starting price is 10,695 euros.
