Alpine celebrates 70th anniversary with special versions Alpine A110
Alpine A110 since 2017
The Alpine A110 originally debuted in 2017, reviving the Alpine brand after a 22-year hiatus. While production is winding down, Alpine has already confirmed the arrival of an electric successor, to be launched later this decade. This new electric A110 will be one of seven new models, in addition to the recently launched A290 hot hatch and the upcoming A390 compact crossover. Looking ahead, Alpine plans to expand into the luxury performance SUV segment, with models targeting the Porsche Macan and Cayenne. This expansion will also play a key role in Alpine’s U.S. market debut, expected around 2027. Alpine is also working on a supercar.
Electric Alpine A110
Philippe Krief, CEO Alpine, says: “Alpine celebrates its 70th anniversary this year! Seven decades of passion, excellence and innovation are the foundation for the brand’s future. Alpine is celebrating its anniversary together with customers, clubs and fans – past, present and future. In honor of this milestone, Alpine is introducing the A110 R 70, an exclusive limited edition version. This model is part of the updated A110 range, which will be available for another 12 months before the future electric A110 takes over.”

Alpine A110 R 70: circulation 770 units
Carbon fiber is the most striking material in the A110 R 70: Alpine applies it from the hood to the rear window, including the roof and rear spoiler. The 18-inch wheels are also made of carbon fiber and are finished with white accents. The 220 kW (300 hp) strong engine also delivers 340 Nm of torque.
The A110 R 70 is available in ten body colors and offers a choice of four interior styles from Alpine’s Atelier personalization program. As standard, the A110 R 70 is equipped with Michelin PS CUP 2 tires and an Akrapovič exhaust. There is a choice of seven colors for the Brembo calipers. The wheel arches, door sills and headrests feature the 70th anniversary logo; a numbered plaque emphasizes the exclusivity of this edition in an edition of 770 units. In tribute to Alpine’s French roots, the French flag is subtly incorporated into the bodywork and interior.
Alpine A110 R 70 Tricolore
Within the 770 examples produced by Alpine of the A110 R 70, there are three special series: 70 in the body color Bleu Caddy, 70 in Blanc Glacier and 70 in Rouge Sismique – a nod to the iconic photo in which Jean Rédélé presented three examples of the A106 in these colors in 1955. On the roof of the cars, the anniversary logo is cut into the paint, so that the carbon fiber of the roof is visible in the shapes of the logo. The interior is upholstered in all-new blue, white or red Sabelt fabric to match the body color. The 18-inch wheels also come in the same colors.
Alpine A110 GTS
Replacing the GT and S versions, the new A110 GTS combines the sporty chassis of the A110 S with the comfort of the A110 GT. This model is designed to provide the ultimate driving experience both on the road and on the track, without sacrificing comfort. With the A110 GTS, Alpine also introduces five new colors in the Atelier program. These are Bleu Paon and Orange Acropolis from the “heritage” range and three matte paint colors: Orange Solaire, Bleu Eclipse and Gris Acier.
The 220 kW (300 hp) strong engine delivers its 340 Nm of torque at 6,300 rpm for a powerful driving experience. Optionally available is a new aerodynamic package for the GTS, based on that of the A110 R, with a front splitter, side skirts and a rear spoiler supported by carbon fiber. This improves downforce and increases agility.
Optionally, Alpine also provides the GTS with 18-inch GT Race wheels with Michelin PS CUP 2 tires and Brembo brake calipers with a choice of six colors. The interior comes standard with leather upholstery in GTS Gris color. It has optional black leather seats or colorful Alcantara racing seats from the Atelier program. The Focal Premium audio system is part of the standard equipment.
The models of the updated A110 range will soon be available for order in the Netherlands. Prices will also be announced then.
