20,000 euro discount! New cars go on massive sale
Why are these cars so heavily discounted?
If you take a moment to delve into the online inventory of various brands and dealer organizations, you will find that there are many discount promotions going on right now. Why is this the case?
New cars are often discounted for a variety of reasons. Stock models that have been at the dealer for a long time have to make way for newer deliveries, so they are offered at a competitive price. Dealers also sometimes license cars early to meet internal sales targets or to offer them later as used cars at an attractive discount. Early registration can also provide tax advantages, for example in the event of changes in BPM or addition rules, allowing a car to be marketed more advantageously.
There are also several brands that now offer a cheaper version of a particular model. Earlier we wrote about the Volvo EX30 Essential, a cheaper version of the new EX30. Basically, this variant is already 3,000 euros cheaper than a 2025 model year variant. For all the details, watch this video.
Discounters overview
We list some notable discounts for you. Small disclaimer, some discounts apply to one specific item in the offer. Therefore, the famous slogan “gone = gone” applies to these.
Starting at the top
Several interesting deals can be found at Volkswagen. The discounts start civilized, for example, a Volkswagen Touraq gets a discount of 2,158 euros. Looking further into the commercial vehicles, eyebrows go up. An electric Volkswagen ID.Buzz, for example, can count on a discount of 3,080 euros. Assuming a so-called “BPM action,” we see a Volkswagen Caddy Cargo with a 12,300 euro discount and a Volkswagen Crafter that is even 23,740 euros cheaper – a significant price reduction.
Nissan also packs quite a punch with discounts on various models. Thus, we find a Nissan Qashqai with a discount of 8,750 euros and a Nissan Juke that gets a discount of 8,000 euros. For those looking for a larger SUV, there is the Nissan X-Trail with a price reduction of up to 11,000 euros. Electric drivers can benefit from a spectacular discount on the Nissan Ariya, which is up to 20,000 euros cheaper.
Luxury for a ‘bargain’
Lovers of luxury can take advantage of high discounts at Mercedes. For example, a Mercedes C-Class is now available with 7,756 euros discount and the Mercedes EQE gets a price cut of 8,057 euros.

Go on and on
The list of cheaper models does not stop there. At Opel, there are attractive discounts on the electric Opel Corsa-e, available at a discount of 4,000 euros. This makes it an interesting time to switch to electric driving. Within the brands of the Stellantis Group, further offers can be found on the Peugeot e-208, the Citroën C4 and the Opel Mokka.
Renault also offers attractive discounts. For example, there is a discount of 3,100 euros on the Renault Clio. The Renault Austral tops that, with a discount of up to 4,500 euros. A similar car, the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is available with even more discount, up to 8,000 euros.
