Statement from police
In a statement, police provide the following information, “Two suspects were arrested in the Limburg town of Lomm after they were possibly involved in an explosive device burglary in Germany. Warning shots were fired during their arrest. No one was injured. Dutch agents began the pursuit after the suspects crossed the border from Germany. Their car crashed in Lomm, after which they continued on foot. Police managed to apprehend two people, firing several warning shots. A third suspect is still being sought. The two arrested suspects are a 19-year-old man from Utrecht and a 26-year-old man with no fixed place of residence.”
