Toyota GR Yaris also as Sébastien Ogier and Kalle Rovanperä Special Edition

Success in WRC

The two special editions celebrate Toyota GAZOO Racing’s success in the World Rally Championship (WRC). For example, Ogier became world champion in 2021 and Rovanperä did so in 2023. The Sébastien Ogier Special Edition and Kalle Rovanperä Special Edition have different features.

Toyota GR Yaris Sébastien Ogier Special Edition

The Sébastien Ogier Special Edition is exclusively finished in a beautiful matte silver hue and features black Toyota GAZOO Racing emblems on both doors. This version also has blue brake calipers and on the wheels are some small emblems indicating that it is a special edition. Some minor changes were made to the interior, including blue, white and red contrast stitching and a special plate on the dashboard.

Toyota GR Yaris Kalle Rovanperä Special Edition

A lot more extreme to look at is the Kalle Rovanperä Special Edition. The Rovanperä Edition clearly has a rally-inspired exterior finish with white, red and gray as the main colors. This special version also features World Rally Championship emblems, wheel trim and red brake calipers. The car also has a special aerodynamics package consisting of a more pronounced front splitter and a substantial rear wing. The Kalle Rovanperä Special Edition also has blue and silver contrast stitching and a special interior badge.

Circulation

No word yet on the circulation of either model. Toyota will announce more details about the European version soon. Both versions are expected to come to the Netherlands, though. The regular GR Yaris will come to the Netherlands in the summer of 2024. Want to know more about the new Toyota GR Yaris?
