At the Goodwood Festival of Speed, enthusiasts and spectators were the first to get a look at Ford’s first rally-inspired electric SUV as it drove up the hill, driven by Ott Tänak; the current driver of the M-Sport Ford Puma Hybrid Rally entry and former World Rally champion.

“The Mustang Mach-E offers the freedom and driving pleasure of the Mustang, but now made emission-free. With the Mustang Mach-E Rally, we now give our customers the freedom to drive off the asphalt and off the beaten path,” said Darren Palmer, Vice President, Electric Vehicle Programs, Ford Model E.

Coming to Europe

Mustang Mach-E Rally – the first-ever, rally-inspired Ford Mustang for five passengers – is coming to market in the United States and Europe. Further information will be released by Ford in the near future. At least the SUV gets special wheels, a different body kit, a different grille, a hefty rear spoiler, increased ground clearance and also unique seats.
