Renewed Volkswagen Golf GTI (2024): the first details
Design Volkswagen Golf GTI 2024
The redesigned Volkswagen Golf GTI can be recognized by its tough and sharply lined front end, with a striking light signature including illuminated Volkswagen logo and spectacular (optional) LED fog lamps. From the bright red piping to the cool honeycomb grille, from the lowered suspension and red brake calipers to the chromed, dual exhaust: truly everything breathes GTI.
The power source
Under the hood houses a 2.0-liter TSI engine with an impressive 265 horsepower. It launches you from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.2 seconds and only stops accelerating at a top speed of 250 km/h. All that power is fun on the highway, of course, but especially on twisty roads, the updated GTI feels right at home as of old.
Interior
Inside the new GTI, it is like stepping into the rich past of the one and only hot hatch, but with all the updates for today’s and tomorrow’s world. Of course, the seats are upholstered with the legendary plaid pattern as standard, and the seating position is also naturally tailored to the sporty driver. Yet behind the wheel you’ll also find the latest version of Volkswagen’s Digital Cockpit Pro, with, of course, the signature GTI honeycomb design. The all-digital display includes a display option for Digital Sport Layout Gauges with real-time performance data such as a true g-force gauge.
Volkswagen will soon announce all the specifications and prices of the latest GTI.
