Renewed Kia Picanto (2024): these are the prices
Kia Picanto only still with 1.0 DPI gasoline engine
The updated Kia Picanto can be ordered in the Netherlands with a 1.0 DPI gasoline engine. The 1.0 T-GDi with 100 hp is a thing of the past. The 1.0 DPI has a number of improvements to meet the latest emissions regulations. For example, the atmospheric engine has improved exhaust gas circulation ducts and optimized valve timing on the intake side. The cooling of the combustion chambers has also been improved. The engine drives the front wheels through a five-speed manual transmission (5MT) or the Automated Manual Transmission (AMT). The latter is based on the five-speed manual transmission, where clutch/unclutch and shifting are automatic.
Driver assistance systems
The updated Kia Picanto is equipped with several driving assistance systems. Standard features of each Picanto include Lane Keeping Assist, Driver Attention Warning and Leading Vehicle Departure Warning, Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Lane Following Assist (LFA) and Forward Collision Assist (FCA) with vehicle, bicycle and pedestrian detection. The top-of-the-line GT-Line version always features Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA 1.5) with Junction Turning, Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist (BCA) and Rear Cross-Traffic Collision-Avoidance Assist.
