ANPR is automatic license plate recognition. ANPR is actually an English term. It stands for Automatic Number Plate Recognition. This system allows the police to easily find out if a vehicle is stolen, including at the European level. This Hyundai KONA with French license plate number was also discovered that way. A simple apprehension it was not. The suspect eventually even jumped out of a moving car. Check out the complete chase below.
