Recently, we were allowed to experience the 3008 and 5008 with the new hybrid system for the first time. Read more about our first introduction here. We can also give you the prices now. The new Peugeot 3008 HYBRID 136 e-DCS6 is available from 44,370 euros and the new Peugeot 5008 HYBRID 136 e-DCS6 has a starting price of 46,270 euros. The models are similarly priced to the outgoing EAT8 models but, according to the brand, offer better performance and lower fuel consumption thanks to electric assistance. Moreover, metallic body paint is now part of the standard equipment of all Peugeot 3008 and 5008 models. The new Peugeot 3008 and 5008 HYBRID 136 e-DCS6 are available for immediate order. The Peugeot 3008 comes from 41,470 euros and the Peugeot 5008 from 43,370 euros.
HYBRID 136 e-DCS6
At the heart of the new HYBRID version is the latest-generation 1.2 PureTech engine, which, at 100 kW (136 hp), delivers higher power than before. Thanks to the addition of a small electric motor and a battery pack, fuel consumption andCO2 emissions fall by 10 to 15% at the same time. Energy recovery during braking provides additional efficiency. The HYBRID powertrain also makes it possible to drive fully electric for short distances (about 1 km). A new dual-clutch automatic transmission replaces the current EAT8 transmission.
