Four Kuga variants are now available: the Titanium, ST-Line, ST-Line X and the Graphite Tech Edition. The latter is brand new. In the Netherlands, it is available only as a plug-in hybrid. You are not very original then, because the Kuga PHEV has been the most popular plug-in hybrid in Europe for the past two years. It has a system output of 225 hp and is allowed to tow 1,500 kilograms with brakes.

You can recognize the new Kuga variant by its color: Grey Matter. This Ford color is only available on the Graphite Tech Edition. Furthermore, we detect a lot of things with a high-gloss black finish, such as the 19-inch alloy wheels, roof, mirror caps and window moldings.

Technology

Ford is stuffing the new version entirely with technology. Standard features include the Driver Assistance Pack and Technology Pack. Things like LED headlights with high beam assist and a head-up display, adaptive cruise control, blind spot detection and Park Assist.

The Kuga Graphite Tech Edition starts at 50,895 euros. For business drivers, this version has a tax value starting at €49,745 euros. Order immediately, with deliveries starting in June.
