Model year update Mustang Mach-E: more range and faster charging

It is now also possible to charge at a higher power for longer periods, so DC fast charging of 10 – 80 % no longer takes 39 minutes, but 33 minutes. After 10 minutes of fast charging, the updated technology allows recharging up to 124 km (RWD) or 113 km (AWD). Previously, it was 91 or 85 km, respectively.

The battery heater has also been modified resulting in higher efficiency and more effective preheating on fast charging. This allows the Mustang Mach-E to charge its battery faster even at lower temperatures.

The eye wants something too

The latest model year brings even more updates. From now on, the Mustang Mach-E is no longer standard on 18-inch but 19-inch alloy wheels. These come standard with Aero Covers for lower drag. The chassis of the all-electric Mustang has been further modified in detail for improved ride quality.

Mustang Mach-E price

The Ford Mustang Mach-E Standard Range RWD has a starting price of 51,200 euros in the new model year. This updated version can now drive up to 470 kilometers on a full battery. Standard equipment includes Active Park Assist that allows fully automatic parking, Adaptive Cruise Control with Lane Centring Assist and Stop&Go, an electric heated steering wheel and SYNC 4 with navigation. Ford is temporarily offering the current model year’s Mustang Mach-E Standard Range RWD for a starting price of $49,200.
