Maserati celebrates 20 years of MC12 with MC20 Icona and MC20 Leggenda

The MC20 Icona pays homage to the legendary MC12 Stradale, which itself was inspired by the Maserati Trofeo Light and the iconic Type 61 Birdcage. This special edition shines in a color scheme that directly recalls its 2004 predecessor. It features Bianco Audace Matte and Blu Stradale shades and exclusive details such as the Bianco Audace Maserati logo and the Italian flag at the rear wheels. The chrome rims with blue brake calipers and carbon fiber hood complete the picture.

Homage

The MC20 Leggenda pays tribute to the Vitaphone Racing team’s MC12 GT1 victory. This special edition comes in Nero Essenza and Digital Mint Matte color scheme. The black trident logo on the grille, doors and C-pillars, along with the Nero Lucido wheels and black painted brake calipers, give this car an unmistakable look.

Both models, the MC20 Icona and MC20 Leggenda, feature the best Maserati has to offer. From the four-way adjustable monocoque racing seats to the advanced Sonus faber audio system and carbon fiber interior package. The badge with the text ‘ICONA. UNA DI 20’ or ‘LEGGENDA. UNA DI 20’ on the Nettuno engine emphasizes the exclusivity of these editions. They also feature advanced technologies such as the electronic limited slip differential (E-LSD), an elevator function for the suspension and various assistance systems for maximum safety and performance.
