Depuis le 1er avril, la CBR impose cette mesure aux automobilistes pris pour la premi\u00e8re fois en flagrant d\u00e9lit de conduite en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse. Jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 cette date, ces personnes devaient se pr\u00e9senter pour un compl\u00e9ment d&rsquo;enqu\u00eate. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, cela ne se produit que si les conducteurs sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s pour conduite en \u00e9tat d&rsquo;ivresse au moins deux fois en l&rsquo;espace de deux ans.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"Rijgedrag-anchor\">Comportement de conduite<\/h2>\n<p>Le nombre de d\u00e9linquants de la route participant obligatoirement au cours de conduite a plus que doubl\u00e9 pour atteindre plus de 5 500. Cela est d\u00fb \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de la LEMG qui, depuis le 1er avril, est principalement impos\u00e9e aux contrevenants qui roulent pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 une vitesse comprise entre 50 et 60 km\/h, tant \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur des agglom\u00e9rations. Cette formation a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9e 2 275 fois cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Boissons de No\u00ebl<\/h2>\n<p>M. Pechtold a soulign\u00e9 l&rsquo;importance des efforts d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s par la CBR et la police pour am\u00e9liorer la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 routi\u00e8re. \u00ab\u00a0Il est inqui\u00e9tant de constater que trop de personnes prennent encore le volant sous l&rsquo;influence de l&rsquo;alcool et que le comportement au volant laisse souvent \u00e0 d\u00e9sirer. Mais nous sommes aussi positifs. La police est de plus en plus en mesure de se rendre \u00e0 la CBR pour des infractions routi\u00e8res. Ensemble, nous continuons d&rsquo;insister sur ce point, surtout en ce mois o\u00f9 certaines personnes font le mauvais choix en rentrant chez elles en voiture ou en v\u00e9lomoteur apr\u00e8s un bon verre de No\u00ebl.
