En effet, le bicylindre en V de 1 190 cm3 produit 175 ch et pr\u00e8s de 140 Nm de couple. Le Super Cruiser a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u avec Roland Sands. Cet ancien pilote de course am\u00e9ricain s’est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00eatre un concepteur cr\u00e9dible de cadres et de suspensions. Selon le propri\u00e9taire de Buell Motorcycles, Bill Melvin, cette collaboration donne naissance \u00e0 une cr\u00e9ation robuste, avec une position de conduite id\u00e9ale pour un contr\u00f4le maximal. Le faible poids promis de 202 kg y contribuera certainement.<\/p>\n
Cadre en acier et poids l\u00e9ger<\/h2>\n
Hormis le moteur et les jantes, le Super Cruiser n’a rien en commun avec les anciens racers d’EBR. La nouveaut\u00e9 est le cadre en acier tubulaire, dans lequel est mont\u00e9 le V2. Dans la t\u00eate de direction se trouve une fourche invers\u00e9e. Le bras oscillant a \u00e9t\u00e9 modifi\u00e9 par Roland Sands et associ\u00e9 \u00e0 un amortisseur central horizontal. Un d\u00e9tail distinctif de Buell est le disque de frein avant unique de grand diam\u00e8tre dans le rebord de la jante.<\/p>\n
