La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Holthausen Clean Technologie<\/a> de Groningue a remplac\u00e9 le moteur diesel par un moteur \u00e9lectrique qui tire son \u00e9nergie d’une pile \u00e0 combustible. Il convertit l’hydrog\u00e8ne en \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 pour la propulsion et la seule \u00e9mission est la vapeur d’eau.<\/p>\n

L’abandon n’est pas une option<\/h2>\n

Jusque-l\u00e0, rien de nouveau : le principe de propulsion est le m\u00eame que celui des Toyota Mirai et Hyundai Nexo. Seules les conditions de consommation sont plus difficiles. Pensez-y : un tel ensemble de camions-citernes remplis de lait p\u00e8se des dizaines de tonnes et est en tourn\u00e9e tous les jours pour transporter le lait refroidi du producteur \u00e0 l’usine. Combinaison \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re<\/h2>\n

Le tracteur se trouve devant une remorque-citerne. \u00c0 pleine charge, l’ensemble peut peser jusqu’\u00e0 50 000 kilos. Le poids de la charge n’est pas limit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 une combinaison avec un tracteur diesel.<\/p>\n

Port\u00e9e de 460 km<\/h2>\n

En pratique, une autonomie de 460 km en moyenne semble possible avec 39 kg d’hydrog\u00e8ne. M\u00eame avec le gel, il en restait au moins 400 km. En pratique, le ravitaillement prend 15 minutes et le camion de lait est tr\u00e8s silencieux. C’est une touche agr\u00e9able car la collecte du lait se fait principalement le soir et la nuit.<\/p>\n

Le camion \u00e0 hydrog\u00e8ne fonctionne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime. Cela signifie qu’il est en service sept jours sur sept et 22 heures par jour. Avec plusieurs conducteurs au volant. L’utilisation intensive ne pose aucun probl\u00e8me et aucune panne ne s’est produite.
