Un lugar que es a\u00fan m\u00e1s especial de lo que parece a primera vista. Actualmente, s\u00f3lo hay tres Pontiac Sunfire matriculados en Holanda. De uno de ellos, el RDW indica que se trata de un coup\u00e9 \u00abverde\u00bb, es decir, del mismo color que la berlina actualmente avistada. Tambi\u00e9n hay uno rojo, cuya carrocer\u00eda est\u00e1 \u00abno matriculada\u00bb. Hace a\u00f1os, un servidor vio una vez un Sunfire coup\u00e9 rojo. Podr\u00edas pensar en ese modelo como un Vauxhall Ascona sustancialmente modificado. El Sunfire segu\u00eda bas\u00e1ndose en esa plataforma t\u00e9cnica, pero se modific\u00f3 en varios aspectos para cumplir los requisitos de seguridad modernos. Adem\u00e1s, el elegante dise\u00f1o de su predecesor se cambi\u00f3 por un dise\u00f1o muy redondeado.   <\/p>\n<p>De nuevo, el coche se presentaba como sed\u00e1n, coup\u00e9 y descapotable. Se suprimi\u00f3 la ranchera. Dependiendo de la variante de motor y de la versi\u00f3n, la transmisi\u00f3n era manual de cinco velocidades o autom\u00e1tica de tres velocidades. Esta \u00faltima fue sustituida por una m\u00e1s moderna de cuatro velocidades apenas un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s de su introducci\u00f3n.   La tracci\u00f3n siempre iba a las ruedas delanteras.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Dos renovaciones para el Pontiac Sunfire<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Pontiac Sunfire sufri\u00f3 dos renovaciones. Para el modelo del a\u00f1o 2000, se engrosaron principalmente los parachoques (y se suprimi\u00f3 el Convertible). Para el modelo del a\u00f1o 2003, se redise\u00f1aron casi por completo la parte delantera y trasera para darles un aspecto m\u00e1s moderno.
