Es estupendo que el muy compacto Sports 800 salga de la sombra de esos cientos de coches de carreras y deportivos\u00bb.<\/p>\n<h2>Sobre el Toyota Sports 800 de 1965<\/h2>\n<p>El peque\u00f1o Toyota Sports 800 (1965) fue el primer deportivo fabricado por Toyota. El coup\u00e9 targa de dos puertas fue dise\u00f1ado por Shozo Sato y tiene una longitud de 3,58 metros. Est\u00e1 propulsado por un motor b\u00f3xer bicil\u00edndrico de 790 cm\u00b3 que rinde 45 CV. Sin embargo, gracias a su bajo peso de 580 kg, el Sports 800 tuvo un rendimiento notable (velocidad m\u00e1xima: 155 km\/h). Durante la carrera de 24 horas de 1967 en el circuito de Fuji, un Sports 800 qued\u00f3 tercero, detr\u00e1s de dos Toyota 2000 GT. Se fabricaron 3.131 ejemplares de la Sports 800, exclusivamente para el mercado japon\u00e9s.
