A continuaci\u00f3n, en esta columna, nos detuvimos en el <a href=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/gespot-een-nissan-stagea\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Nissan Stagea<\/a> que conocimos durante una de nuestras pruebas de conducci\u00f3n. Sin embargo, ese no fue el \u00fanico coche inusual que nos encontramos. Un poco m\u00e1s adelante, en la ciudad de Montsoult, vimos este Renault 11 GTL. En Francia no es tan especial como aqu\u00ed, pero quer\u00edamos mostrarte este coche que casi ha desaparecido de la escena callejera.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Renault 11 y 9: iguales y diferentes<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>El Renault 11 entr\u00f3 en el mercado en 1983. Era la versi\u00f3n hatchback del Renault 9, una berlina compacta introducida en 1981. El R11 estaba disponible como utilitario de tres y cinco puertas. As\u00ed, a pesar de ser variantes de ejecuci\u00f3n la una de la otra, la R11 y la R9 se posicionaron como modelos separados. Esto se reflejaba no s\u00f3lo en el nombre del tipo, sino tambi\u00e9n en el dise\u00f1o de los modelos. Ambos coches ten\u00edan tracci\u00f3n delantera y motores de cuatro cilindros. A lo largo de todo el periodo de producci\u00f3n se ofrecieron hasta 14 variantes de motor diferentes. Desde un 1,1 litros con 35 kW (48 CV) hasta un 1,7 litros con hasta 70 kW (95 CV) y pr\u00e1cticamente todo lo que hay entre medias. El motor m\u00e1s potente era el turbo de 1,4 litros de los Renault 11 y 9 Turbo, que produc\u00eda 85 kW (115 CV). En la lista de opciones tambi\u00e9n figuraba un motor di\u00e9sel de 1,6 litros y 40 kW (55 CV).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Renault 11 y 9 renovados<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A finales de 1985, el Renault 9 experiment\u00f3 una renovaci\u00f3n y recibi\u00f3 el mismo frontal que el Renault 11. Bueno, entonces s\u00f3lo los niveles de acabado m\u00e1s altos, los modelos base mantuvieron el frontal original. Adem\u00e1s de en Europa, el coche tambi\u00e9n se vendi\u00f3 y produjo en Turqu\u00eda y Sudam\u00e9rica. El modelo tambi\u00e9n sali\u00f3 de la cadena de producci\u00f3n en Asia e incluso no se olvid\u00f3 de Norteam\u00e9rica. En algunos de estos mercados, el R11 y el R9 difer\u00edan ligeramente de la versi\u00f3n europea.<\/p>\n<p>La producci\u00f3n europea se prolong\u00f3 hasta 1989. En Turqu\u00eda, la planta sigui\u00f3 funcionando incluso hasta el a\u00f1o 2000, con la introducci\u00f3n de un modelo local renovado en 1997. La producci\u00f3n en Asia y Sudam\u00e9rica tambi\u00e9n continu\u00f3 en la segunda mitad de los noventa. Entre 1983 y 1987, la producci\u00f3n norteamericana fue el per\u00edodo m\u00e1s corto, pero quiz\u00e1 el m\u00e1s interesante.<\/p>\n<p>All\u00ed, el coche se vendi\u00f3 como Renault Alliance (9) y Encore (11). Debido a las diferentes normativas, los parachoques y los grupos \u00f3pticos difer\u00edan de los Renault que se entregaban en el resto del mundo. El que encontramos en Francia es un Renault 11 GTL de 1983 del primer modelo. El a\u00f1o exacto de construcci\u00f3n de \u00e9ste sigue siendo desconocido, ya que no se pueden rastrear las matr\u00edculas francesas como las holandesas. Como GTL, \u00e9ste lleva bajo el cap\u00f3 el motor de gasolina de 1,4 litros con 44 kW (60 CV) si es muy antiguo, o con 50 kW (68 CV) si es posterior a 1984.<\/p>\n<p>Casualmente, tambi\u00e9n estuvimos en Montsoult y alrededores en octubre de 2021. Por aquel entonces, probamos all\u00ed el <a href=\"https:\/\/zerauto.nl\/autotest-citroen-e-berlingo-van-vs-peugeot-e-partner-van-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Citro\u00ebn e-Berlingo y el Peugeot e-Partner<\/a> en versi\u00f3n furgoneta. En ese momento, tambi\u00e9n nos cruzamos con el Renault e hicimos una r\u00e1pida parada fotogr\u00e1fica. En 2021, al Renault le vendr\u00eda bien un lavado de cara. Es bueno ver que el Renault 11 por fin tiene ese lavado de cara.
