Bas\u00e1ndose en el BMW M4 CSL, la marca presenta un modelo de aniversario. El BMW M4 CSL es la base del BMW 3.0 CSL<\/h2>\n

Aunque la carrocer\u00eda del BMW 3.0 CSL se basa en la carrocer\u00eda de serie del BMW M4 CSL, se modifica en una nave especial del taller de carrocer\u00eda de Dingolfing, el mismo lugar donde se fabrica la carrocer\u00eda del BMW M4 GT4. Por ejemplo, los caracter\u00edsticos pasos de rueda se ensanchan mediante procesos de soldadura especiales.<\/p>\n

Coloraci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica<\/h2>\n

A continuaci\u00f3n, la carrocer\u00eda pasa por el proceso de producci\u00f3n est\u00e1ndar habitual del taller de pintura. En estaciones de trabajo especiales, los especialistas en acabado de pintura de Dingolfing utilizan plantillas para aplicar manualmente pinturas especiales, como la librea espec\u00edfica del 3.0 CSL con las tres franjas de color M. Al mismo tiempo, el equipo ensambla las piezas exclusivas, como los paneles laterales delanteros y los parachoques, el cap\u00f3 y el techo de fibra de carbono.<\/p>\n

\"BMW<\/figure>\n

Ensamblado en Moosthenning<\/h2>\n

El BMW 3.0 CSL se ensamblar\u00e1 en un taller creado espec\u00edficamente para este fin en Moosthenning, un lugar remoto gestionado por BMW Group Plant Dingolfing, cerca de la planta principal de autom\u00f3viles de Dingolfing. Aqu\u00ed, el veh\u00edculo es ensamblado paso a paso por un equipo de 30 expertos experimentados. Los elementos especiales del interior se fabrican individualmente en talleres de Garching y Dingolfing.<\/p>\n

Dos semanas de obras<\/h2>\n

En total, el proceso de montaje de un veh\u00edculo dura casi dos semanas. Hay un total de ocho grandes ciclos de montaje, cada uno de los cuales dura un d\u00eda laborable. Aguas arriba, se fijan diversos accesorios, como los paneles laterales de CFRP o el cap\u00f3 de CFRP. Al final del proceso, el distintivo trasero y otras piezas exteriores se montan en una estaci\u00f3n independiente.<\/p>\n

Entrega al cliente<\/h2>\n

Una vez finalizado el trabajo en Moosthenning, el veh\u00edculo vuelve a la planta de veh\u00edculos \u00abgrandes\u00bb de Dingolfing, donde primero se somete a exhaustivas pruebas normalizadas, por ejemplo en el dinam\u00f3metro de rodillos o en los dinam\u00f3metros de freno. A continuaci\u00f3n, cada BMW 3.0 CSL se somete a un proceso de inspecci\u00f3n final adicional con un programa de conducci\u00f3n obligatorio en la pista de pruebas de la propia f\u00e1brica. Por \u00faltimo, el veh\u00edculo se prepara para el cliente y se lleva, por ejemplo, a BMW Welt en M\u00fanich para una entrega personal.<\/p>\n
