En China, sin embargo, tiene un logotipo diferente, que dice Lotus NYO. Para entenderlo, primero hay que conocer algo de la historia de Lotus en China. En 2011, Lotus debut\u00f3 oficialmente en China. La marca present\u00f3 entonces el Evora, el Exige y el Elise. Modelos que ya no existen. <\/p>\n

En China, ya hab\u00eda un fabricante de autom\u00f3viles que hab\u00eda registrado el nombre Lotus: China Youngman Automobile Group Co. Este fabricante, m\u00e1s conocido como Youngman, era el importador oficial chino de Lotus desde 2006. Cuando Lotus <\/a>quiso hacer negocios en la propia China en 2011, tuvo que buscar un nuevo nombre. Se convirti\u00f3 en Lu Te Si, traducci\u00f3n fon\u00e9tica del nombre Lotus<\/a> al chino. En la placa puede leerse Lotus NYO. Este \u00faltimo es sin\u00f3nimo de nuevo. As\u00ed, en China, la marca tambi\u00e9n se conoce como New Lotus.
