Classic Mini has enjoyed great success in the principality, culminating in 1965, when the legendary Mini Cooper S, driven by Timo M\u00e4kinen and navigator Paul Easter, took victory in the Monte Carlo Rally. At the time, the car was praised for its agility under extreme weather conditions. Mini is commemorating this 1965 event and therefore now comes out with the Mini 1965 Victory Edition.   <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introduction in July 2026<\/h2>\n<p>Motorsport enthusiasts in the European market can look forward to its introduction from July 2026. The Mini 1965 Victory Edition is available for the Mini John Cooper Works and Mini John Cooper Works Electric models. The Mini John Cooper Works boasts 170 kW (231 hp) and maximum torque of 380 Nm, sprinting from standstill to 100 km\/h in just 6.1 seconds. The all-electric Mini John Cooper Works Electric delivers up to 190 kW (258 hp) and accelerates from 0 to 100 km\/h in 5.9 seconds.   <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/mini-1965-victory-edition-2026-foto15-1280x720.jpg\" alt=\"MINI 1965 Victory Edition\" class=\"wp-image-216778\"><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Mini 1965 Victory Edition<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chili Red paint with cool reference<\/h2>\n<p>Paying homage to the legendary motorsport colors of the 1960s, the 1965 Victory Edition shines in Chili Red paint, accentuated by a white decorative stripe running from the hood over the roof to the rear, further emphasizing the car&#8217;s sportiness. As an exclusive feature of this Edition, a white &#8217;52&#8217; graphic appears on both flanks of the car &#8211; a reference to the starting number of the original 1965 winner. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Subtle 1965 sticker<\/h2>\n<p>The roof is available as a panoramic roof or in Glaced trim, providing a sporty and elegant contrast to the Chili Red bodywork. The subtle 1965 decal on the C-pillar attracts attention and stylishly emphasizes the historic victory year. The 18-inch JCW Lap Spoke 2-tone alloy wheels not only give the car a dynamic look but also ensure optimum performance and safe handling on a variety of road surfaces. JCW Mastery Spoke black rims are available for the all-electric Mini John Cooper Works. In addition, each Edition features a special inscription on the inside of the door, with information about the historic rally. <\/p>\n<p>The interior is based on the traditional JCW color palette and the familiar JCW trim. The sporty finish in anthracite and red creates an elegant look and provides a sporty contrast to the exterior color.
