F. A. Green Metallic is the name of the exclusive color of the anniversary model. Using the iconic Oak Green Metallic of Ferdinand’s own 911 as inspiration, Paint to Sample Plus specialists created the current hue together with the Porsche family. Starting in 2026, Porsche will apply an exclusive label to the A-pillar of all cars executed in a Paint to Sample or Paint to Sample Plus color scheme. This anniversary model is the first to carry this new logo. <\/p>\n
Another special exterior feature – and not normally available on the 911 GT3 with Touring package – are the Sport Classic rims, finished in satin black. They are inspired by the classic Fuchs rims and feature beautiful details, such as the central wheel nut and the historic 1963 Porsche shield on the hub caps. A gold-colored emblem with the ’90 F. A. Porsche’ logo is featured on the trunk lid grille. <\/p>\n In the interior, decorative stitching in Chalk Beige and center panels of the seats with the special F. A. Grid-Weave fabric stylishly complement the upholstery executed in Club leather Truffle Brown. The F. A. Grid-Weave fabric – inspired by Ferdinand Porsche’s favorite jackets – can also be found in the glove box, glove compartment and on the reversible mat in the luggage compartment. The pattern of the fabric consists of five colors: Black, Green, Truffle Brown, Cream and Bordeaux red yarn intertwined with each other. <\/p>\n The Sport Chrono clock on top of the dashboard is based on the original Chronograph I, which was manufactured exclusively for F.A. Porsche. Another striking accent is the exposed plywood walnut gear knob with a plaque engraved with F.A. Porsche’s signature. Another gilded plaque with the signature, the original silhouette of the 911 and the words “One of 90” on the edge of the dashboard identify each 911 GT3 90 F. A. Porsche as a limited collector’s item. <\/p>\n Buyers of this special anniversary model will also receive an exclusive version of the Chronograph 1. A luminous material of special Super-LumiNova on the hands and indexes is based on the appearance of aged radium or tritium and creates a patina effect. The vintage character of the watch is enhanced by the historic Porsche Design logo on the bracelet clasp and crown. The initials appear above the day and date indication at 3 o’clock. Normally the Porsche Design logo is there, but F. A. Porsche had his initials added to his personal chronograph, which is now owned by his descendants. <\/p>\n The rotor of the automatic movement has the same shape and color as the rims on the car. The limited-edition number (XX\/90) and F.A. Porsche’s signature are laser-engraved on the case back. Unlike the original, the case is made of ultra-light, durable and hypoallergenic titanium, but like its historic 1972 predecessor, it is coated black. <\/p>\n As an alternative to the black coated titanium strap, buyers can also wear the watch with a leather strap, which is included. The leather and thread of the decorative stitching match the materials used in the interior of the car. Thanks to the quick-change system, the straps can be changed easily and without tools. Like all Porsche Design timepieces, the chronograph is COSC-certified, guaranteeing maximum accuracy. It is handmade in Grenchen, Switzerland. <\/p>\n In addition to the Porsche Design Chronograph 1 – 911 GT3 90 F. A. Porsche, a special travel bag is part of the exclusive equipment. In terms of materials and color, this spacious weekend bag matches the interior concept of the car. The bag is made of the same Truffle Brown leather used in the car’s interior and features decorative stitching in Chalk Beige. The lining of the front compartment is made of the F.A. Grid-Weave fabric used on the center panels of the seats, while the main compartment is lined with high-quality microfiber.
