Honda Super-One (or One-N)<\/strong><\/h2>\n

At the Japan Mobility Show 2025, Honda is packing big with a small car. The Super-One Prototype, as its name implies, is still a study model, but a production version will soon follow. It will hit the market in 2026 as the Super-One in Japan and parts of Asia, and as the One-N in the United Kingdom. Whether the rest of Europe will follow remains to be seen. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Small, but full of character<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In terms of size, the Super-One <\/a>falls into the Japanese Kei-car class, that is, shorter than 3.4 meters. It has no gasoline engine (which must be smaller than 660 cc in the Kei-class) but electric drive. But with its wide stance, bloated wheel arches and short overhangs, it looks surprisingly tough. Then again, the round headlights are nicely retro. <\/p>\n

Boost Mode: fake, but fun<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Technical specs we don’t have for you yet, but according to the brand, even under the skin it’s all about experience. Press the Boost Mode button and the Super-One transforms from quiet EV into a little thrill on wheels – at least, according to Honda. The car simulates a seven-speed gearbox and, through speakers, emits a virtual engine sound that moves with the “RPM. A tad fake perhaps, but undoubtedly fun to play with. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/figure>\n

Asymmetrical<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Inside, no excessive screens or fuss, but a sleek dashboard with two displays and an asymmetrical interior with blue accents. It looks modern and fresh, with sport seats that keep you in your seat. <\/p>\n

So the production version of the Super-One will come in 2026, first in Japan, then in Asia and the UK. And although Honda has not yet announced plans for the Netherlands, we would love to see it come this way. After all, a small, playful electric car would be perfectly at home here. <\/p>\n
