So are there really any similarities between the 2CV and the Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-C3? Oui oui! They were designed to offer people the freedom of mobility without skyrocketing costs. And both focus on comfort and convenience over luxury and excess. But, of course, the differences are also great. Where the 2CV had to make do with modest motoring and a canvas roof, the \u00eb-C3 has an all-electric drive and offers modern technology. In short, the same spirit, but in a new guise. Time to take a closer look at this new folk hero. <\/p>\n

Affordable electric mobility for 19,990 euros<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Citro\u00ebn surprises again by making the \u00eb-C3 even more accessible. In addition to the 24,300 euro version that we were already introduced<\/a> to before, an extra economical variant is now coming on the market. It has a starting price of only 19,990 euros<\/strong>. With this, electric driving is suddenly no longer a luxury, but accessible to a much larger audience. This price breakthrough is possible without sacrificing typical Citro\u00ebn comfort or appearance. An optional 30 kW fast charger ensures that even interim recharging on the road remains simple. <\/p>\n

Comfort and space as you expect from Citro\u00ebn<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Despite its compact size, the \u00eb-C3 remains true to the French brand’s DNA. The little electric scion offers smooth driving comfort, a surprisingly spacious interior and user-friendly controls. The suspension is tuned for maximum damping of bumps and bumps, as you would expect from a brand that always puts comfort first. The interior space is spacious enough for five occupants, while the boot remains fully usable. This makes the \u00eb-C3 ideal not only for commuting but also for family rides. <\/p>\n

The slightly more spacious Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-C3 Aircross<\/strong><\/h2>\n

In addition to the compact \u00eb-C3, there is a tougher brother, the Citro\u00ebn \u00eb-C3 Aircross.<\/strong> This compact SUV combines more space and a higher seating position with electric propulsion. The base version has a 44 kWh battery and a range of more than 300 km (WLTP), more than enough for daily use as well as small trips. A version with a larger 54 kWh battery<\/strong> will follow in 2025, increasing the range to as much as 400 km (WLTP)<\/strong>. Ideal for those who want to cover more miles without many charging stops. The electric motor produces a healthy 136 hp, ensuring smooth performance in all situations. <\/p>\n

Again, the prices remain competitive and the philosophy the same: electric driving should be possible for everyone. In short: with the new \u00eb-C3 and \u00eb-C3 Aircross, Citro\u00ebn is taking another big step toward affordable, accessible mobility – just as they did with the 2CV in the past. Only now without engine noise and emissions, but with just as much French flair. <\/p>\n
