Skoda Elroq RS: dual engines, all-wheel drive and 550 km range<\/h2>\n

The Skoda Elroq RS features two electric motors – one on each axle – with a combined output of 250 kW (340 hp). Thanks to this drivetrain, the compact SUV has standard all-wheel drive and sprints to 100 km\/h in 5.4 seconds. The top speed is at 180 km\/h. The 84 kWh battery (of which 79 kWh are usable) allows a range of more than 550 kilometers according to the WLTP standard. <\/p>\n

Recognizable RS appearance<\/h3>\n

The Elroq RS is distinguished from the regular version by a range of black accents, including the mirror caps, roof rails and special RS badges. The RS is available in all regular body colors, plus the exclusive shade of “Mamba Green. The front end is distinguished by the Tech-Deck Face with illuminated vertical elements. LED Matrix headlights are standard and are visually connected by a continuous light band. The taillights are also LED and feature dynamic turn signals. <\/p>\n

The light band also plays a role in the Coming\/Leaving Home light animation: a subtle play of light that starts as soon as you approach with the car key in your pocket.<\/p>\n

Sportier suspension for Skoda Elroq RS<\/h2>\n

For a more direct driving experience, the Elroq RS features a lowered sports suspension – 15 mm lower in the front, 10 mm in the rear – and progressive steering. The standard Driving Mode Select system allows you to adjust the driving mode, while the optional Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC) offers additional configuration options. In Individual mode, up to 15 parameters can be set individually. <\/p>\n

The front brakes are equipped with dual pistons for extra stopping power, and those who like experience can choose between two external driving sound profiles via the infotainment system: ‘Sport’ and ‘Futuristic’.<\/p>\n

Luxury and technology<\/h2>\n

Inside, the RS trim combines sporty touches with luxury. The black RS Lounge Design Selection includes Suedia microfiber upholstery with lime green stitching, sport seats with integrated headrests and a three-spoke heated sports steering wheel. The driver’s seat is electrically adjustable as standard and has a massage and memory function. For the passenger, this is available through the optional Maxx Package. <\/p>\n

The Skoda Elroq RS offers a 13-inch infotainment screen and a 5-inch Digital Cockpit as standard. Those who want can opt for an augmented reality head-up display through the Advanced Package. There are also four USB-C ports with 45 W of power, a wireless Phone Box with 15 W and optional the CANTON audio system with 12 speakers and 675 W of power. <\/p>\n

Luggage space<\/h2>\n

The luggage compartment offers 470 liters of space, expandable to 1,580 liters with the rear seats folded down. The electric tailgate is standard. Tow bar preparation is also standard; an electrically retractable tow bar is optional. <\/p>\n

As for charging, using a 185 kW DC fast charger charges the battery from 10 to 80 percent in 26 minutes. Via AC charging with 11 kW, a full session takes eight hours. A heat pump is optionally available. <\/p>\n
