In its first year, the GR Yaris won several major awards from automotive media, including &#8220;Hot Hatch of the Year&#8221; at <em>TopGear <\/em>and &#8220;Driver&#8217;s Car of 2021&#8221; at <em>Autovisie<\/em>. The GR Yaris won over the biggest car enthusiasts and was embraced as a &#8216;rally car for public roads&#8217; and then fully personalized. Bigger rear spoilers, lightweight wheels, sticker sets, the GR Yaris was made entirely to taste.   <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Factory Tuning<\/h2>\n<p>As of now, owners of a GR Yaris with model years 2020 through 2023 have a new option for personalization: Factory Tuning. With Factory Tuning, engine torque increases from 360 Nm to 380 Nm, and customers can also choose from different settings for throttle response, electric power steering and all-wheel drive. <\/p>\n<p>Three settings are:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rally: quick throttle response, light steering feel, 55:45 distribution of all-wheel drive<\/li>\n<li>B-Road: quick throttle response, heavy steering feel, 50:50 all-wheel drive distribution<\/li>\n<li>Race: medium throttle response, heavy steering feel, 45:55 distribution of all-wheel drive.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the three settings suggested by Toyota Gazoo Racing, customers can also have a personalized setting that includes a setting for throttle response, power steering and all-wheel drive. The settings will be loaded into the car by the Toyota dealer. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Guarantee<\/h2>\n<p>Even after applying Factory Tuning, the car&#8217;s factory warranty or additional warranty continues to apply. The Toyota GR Yaris &#8211; like any Toyota &#8211; is covered by up to ten years and up to 200,000 kilometers of warranty, as long as the car gets its service every year at an authorized Toyota dealer. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Available from<\/h2>\n<p>Factory Tuning for the GR Yaris is available immediately.
