Three 100% electric powertrains for DS N\u00b08<\/h2>\n
The DS N\u00b08 comes with three 100% electric powertrains of 230 hp, 245 hp and 350 hp, the latter being equipped with two motors and all-wheel drive. DS N\u00b08’s electric motors are produced in Tr\u00e9mery by Emotors, a joint venture in which the Stellantis Group is a shareholder. <\/p>\n
The numbers<\/h2>\n
All powertrains have the option of a temporary boost in power. This temporarily gives the FWD version an extra 30 hp (260 hp), the FWD Long Range version 35 hp (280 hp) and the AWD Long Range version 25 hp (375 hp). The DS N\u00b08 offers comfortable and fast acceleration. The FWD version accelerates from 0 to 100 km\/h in just 7.7 seconds. The FWD Long Range accelerates from 0 to 100 km\/h in 7.8 seconds, while the AWD Long Range requires only 5.4 seconds. Regardless of powertrain, the N\u00b08’s top speed is capped at 190 km\/h. <\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n

Two battery capacities<\/h2>\n
The DS N\u00b08 is available with two battery capacities, the NMC (Nickel-Manganese-Cobalt) cells of which are produced in Billy-Berclau Douvrin. The first variant offers a usable capacity of 73.7 kWh and available on the N\u00b08 FWD (230 hp). The second variant, with a usable capacity of 97.2 kWh, is available in FWD Long Range (245 hp) and AWD Long Range (350 hp) versions. The FWD Long Range has a combined range of 750 km (WLTP) with consumption of 15.9 kWh\/100 km. The urban range is an impressive 909 km (WLTP). These impressive figures are due to the remarkably low Cw value of 0.24. <\/p>\n
To upload<\/h2>\n
The combined range of the DS N\u00b08 FWD and DS N\u00b08 AWD Long Range are 550 km and 688 km (WLTP), respectively. On longer trips, the DS N\u00b08’s 160 kW charging capacity allows it to recharge from 20 to 80 percent battery in just 27 minutes. This amounts to a total range of 600 km and in just 10 minutes the N\u00b08 can achieve another 200 km of range. <\/p>\n
For daily trips, the DS N\u00b08 is equipped on board with an 11 kW AC charger (alternating current). The DS N\u00b08 can be charged from 20 to 80% in a time of 8 hours and 50 minutes, depending on battery capacity and assuming a 7.4 kW Wallbox (1 phase charging). This duration can be shortened to 6 hours with an 11 kW Wallbox (3 phase charging). <\/p>\n
PALLAS and \u00c9TOILE<\/h2>\n
DS N\u00b08 is offered with two trim levels: PALLAS and \u00c9TOILE.<\/p>\n
The PALLAS version is available as FWD and FWD LONG RANGE. This version has extensive equipment. Think the DS IRIS SYSTEM with 3D connected navigation, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay and a wireless smartphone charger. There are four USB ports, two in the front and two in the rear. Keyless entry and start are standard, as are front, side and rear parking sensors that cooperate with the rearview camera. Regenerative braking is adjustable via shift paddles on the steering wheel, and there is a one-pedal mode. Furthermore, this version has laminated and acoustic glass, rear privacy glass and dual-zone automatic air conditioning. Multi-ambiance lighting, front and rear floor mats and stainless steel door sill strips complete the look. <\/p>\n
The \u00c9TOILE specification offers additional luxury and technology and is distinguished by the DS LUMINASCREEN grille. This trim is available on the FWD, FWD LONG RANGE and AWD LONG RANGE, and includes a high-level locking alarm, electric child safety and DS DRIVE ASSIST 2.0 with predictive cruise control. Also included: DS PIXEL LED VISION, a digital driver’s mirror, 360 Vision and a power tailgate with hands-free access, as well as the DS EXTENDED HEAD UP DISPLAY . <\/p>\n
Two packages<\/h2>\n
In addition to these trim levels, DS Automobiles offers two packages for each trim level. The high-tech equipment offered on each trim level can be complemented by the Tech Pack and the Absolute Tech Pack, available on both the PALLAS and \u00c9TOILE. For even greater seating, heating comfort and usability, the Comfort Pack (on PALLAS) and the Absolute Comfort Pack (on \u00c9TOILE) are optionally offered. <\/p>\n
Five colors<\/h2>\n
The N\u00b08 is available in five colors, three of which are new: TOPAZ BLUE, PALLADIUM GREY and ALABASTER WHITE, complemented by CRYSTAL PEARL and PERLA NERA BLACK. In addition, an optional black roof (including roof arches) and an extended two-tone color scheme including hood are available. The extended two-tone color scheme emphasizes the character and accentuates the elegance of the DS N\u00b08’s silhouette. <\/p>\n
‘Paintjet’ spraying technique<\/h2>\n
The so-called “Paintjet” spraying technique used by DS Automobiles to paint the black surface of the hood is a world first in mass production. This process requires no baking phase and also reduces greenhouse gas emissions. <\/p>\n
DS N\u00b08 offers a tasteful choice of harmonious interiors to match PALLAS and \u00c9TOILE specifications. The new Eternal Blue interior is DS N\u00b08’s signature interior color. The upholstery types DS Pearl Grey, Eternal Blue canvas, DS Basalt Black canvas and Eternal Blue Alcantara\u00ae are animal-free and made primarily from recycled materials. The upholstery Alezan Brown Nappa leather and Basalt Black Nappa leather are made of smooth and supple premium leather that is vegetable tanned with olive leaf. <\/p>\n
