Familiar story<\/h2>\n

It’s a familiar story by now: like the Opel Rocks Electric<\/a> and Fiat Topolino<\/a>, you can drive the Citro\u00ebn Ami as young as 16 with an AM (moped) or B (moped) license. The electric motor provides an output of 6 kW (8.2 hp) and the top speed is 45 km\/h. The battery offers a capacity of 5.5 kWh, which should allow you to travel about 75 kilometers on a full charge of electricity. Charging is just as easy, as it takes about 4.5 hours to fully charge the battery from a household outlet. The charging cable is integrated into the passenger side panel. You have to stow that one manually. <\/p>\n

There will be two versions of the Citro\u00ebn Ami<\/h2>\n

The Citro\u00ebn Ami is available in two trims. The offering starts with the My Ami Ami, which includes a panoramic glass roof, LED lighting all around, manual heating and ventilation, a USB connector and 14-inch steel wheels. The exterior comes standard in Night Sepia color and the roof in Perla Nera. <\/p>\n

My Ami Colour accessory package<\/strong>: the My Ami Ami can be combined with the My Ami Colour accessory package as desired. In this case, the Ami comes with Grey, Blue or Orange color accents. The chosen color is also reflected on standard extras, such as the decorative wheel covers, floor mats, handy bag hook on the passenger side, storage compartments in the dashboard and storage nets in the doors. In addition, the My Ami Colour package includes a phone holder, smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth and My Ami Play with ‘Citro\u00ebn Switch’. <\/p>\n

Top model: My Ami Peps<\/h2>\n

The second version in the series is the My Ami Peps. It has a distinctive look thanks to the roof rails, rear spoiler and matte black wheel trim. It can also be recognized by the black bumpers, black framing of the headlights and black trim strip with yellow details on the front. The equipment of the My Ami Peps is otherwise similar to that of the My Ami Ami including My Ami Colour package, but with yellow and orange interior accents. <\/p>\n

There is also a Cargo variant<\/h2>\n

Both the My Ami Ami and the My Ami Peps can also be combined with the My Ami Cargo accessory package. This transforms the Citro\u00ebn Ami into a “micro-commercial vehicle” with a flexible cargo area in place of a passenger seat. The cargo area is coverable and easily accessible from the driver’s position and through the right door. A total of some 340 liters of flexible loudspeaker space is available. This makes the My Ami Cargo ideal for emission-free delivery services in inner-city areas, for example. <\/p>\n

The starting price of the Citro\u00ebn Ami<\/h2>\n

In the Netherlands, the Citro\u00ebn Ami has a consumer price starting at 8,045 euros and the possibility of financing starting at a few tens per month.<\/p>\n
