In brief<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The Stellantis Design Studio is a department within the group where the creative forces of designers and technological expertise of engineers come together to work on a variety of projects.
\nFunnily enough, this does not happen in one place.
\nThe studio has locations in Paris, Turin, S\u00e3o Paulo, Detroit, Shanghai and Casablanca.
\nThis international setting makes the team remarkably diverse, with multicultural backgrounds and diverse talents providing broad design support. <\/p>\n

More than designing cars<\/strong><\/h2>\n

You would think that with 14 car brands within Stellantis<\/a> there would always be plenty of work to do.
\nWe are seeing more and more new models from various brands.
\nLancia is making a revival and introducing the Ypsilon and Alfa Romeo<\/a> is not sitting still either with the new Junior, for example.
\nSo plenty of developments within the car brands, but the studio goes beyond that. <\/p>\n

“Our mission is to shape the future,” says Hugo Nightingale, Global Creative Director of Stellantis Design Studio.
\nThis is of course a broad term, but it shows how diverse the activities are.
\nA great example is the Orizon, a new total solution for cable transport up the hills.
\nThere are interesting projects on four wheels as well, with the development of a brand identity for the Maserati MSG Racing Formula E team.
\nOr how about the ERA, an electric powered aircraft designed in collaboration with Aura Aero.
\nYou can already feel it coming, the “sky is the limit” when it comes to creativity and projects within the studio. <\/p>\n

Open approach to appropriate solutions<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The “Stellantis Universe” forms an efficient working method for the studio.
\nThe various disciplines and locations make the studio a large hotbed where designers and engineers complement each other.
\nA kind of cross-pollination that can lead to extraordinary new insights and solutions.
\nThis is also exactly what the end user ultimately wants, according to Hugo NIghingale: “With creative innovations, we place our clients at the center of innovative design that attracts and pleases end users.” <\/p>\n

The process is enhanced by a 360o<\/sup> approach.
\nVery simply put, this approach looks at new proposals from all sides.
\nDoes it fit the brand definition and strategy?
\nWhat are the trends in the market and what user experience is envisioned for it?
\nBy deliberately looking at all sides, the studio can deliver white-label (anonymous) design or a specific design that fits well with a brand, project or local market. <\/p>\n

Looking to the future<\/strong><\/h2>\n

And so now it is celebration time!
\nThe Stellantis Design Studio has now been in existence for three years and is expected to continue for a long time.
\nAfter all, the group benefits from its approach.
\nThe world around us is changing rapidly and the studio’s diverse approach allows it to look at these developments from different perspectives.
