The safety features cannot all be seen or felt with the naked eye. For example, you need a UV lamp.&#8221; <\/p>\n<h2>This company makes the registration certificate<\/h2>\n<p>The new registration certificate looks just a bit fresher and has a slightly different design.<br \/>\nLike the new driving license, the registration certificate is also produced by Thales.<br \/>\nGert Jan Holland says: &#8220;&#8216;The previous contract for the production of the license plate stopped after 10 years. Therefore, a new tender had to be issued. This tender was won by producer Thales.&#8221;  <\/p>\n<p>If you drive on the road, you must have your registration card with you.
