Like the UX 250h, the UX 300h is powered by a 2.0-liter four-cylinder. The new UX 300h features a higher overall power output of 146 kW (199 hp), an 8% increase over the 135 kW (184 hp) of the UX 250h.  <\/p>\n<p>This increase is made possible by a fifth-generation hybrid system that replaces the previous 180-cell, 216-volt nickel-metal hydride battery with a more efficient 60-cell, 222-volt lithium-ion battery. This reduced 0-100 km\/h acceleration from 8.5 to 8.1 seconds in the front-wheel drive model and from 8.7 to 7.9 seconds in the all-wheel drive model.<\/p>\n<p>Fuel consumption comes to 4.7-5.0 l\/100 km in the combined WLTP cycle for the front-wheel drive model and up to 5.0-5.4 l\/100 km for the all-wheel drive model. This is a 12% improvement over the previous model.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"855\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/lexus-ux300h-nederland-foto2-1140x855.jpg\" alt=\"Lexus UX 300h\" class=\"wp-image-171216\"><\/figure>\n<h2>e-Four four-wheel drive<\/h2>\n<p>As before, the Lexus UX comes with e-Four all-wheel drive. This system has also been radically overhauled by Lexus engineers. The rear electric motor for the new model&#8217;s e-Four all-wheel drive system is 5.6 times more powerful than its predecessor. Instead of the UX 250h&#8217;s 5.3 kW (7 hp) induction motor, there is now a 30 kW (41 hp) permanent magnet motor.<\/p>\n<h2>Updates in the interior<\/h2>\n<p>In the cockpit of the Lexus UX 300h, we detect an optional 12.3-inch all-digital instrument cluster. This digital cockpit can be customized in terms of appearance and type of information. The appearance changes depending on the driving mode selected, and the layout can be customized to the driver&#8217;s personal preferences. The standard 8-inch multimedia touchscreen has also been updated.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"751\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/lexus-ux300h-nederland-foto8-1140x751.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-171222\"><\/figure>\n<h2>Lexus UX in Ammonite Sand<\/h2>\n<p>UX buyers can now also choose a new interior color: Ammonite Sand. In addition, buyers can now choose a leather-free interior package with cloth or vegan leather seats and with faux leather for the heated steering wheel and gear knob. A Driver Monitor camera is integrated into the steering wheel. It constantly monitors the driver&#8217;s alertness and recognizes if the driver has lost concentration due to fatigue or being unwell. If the driver does not respond to warnings, the monitor initiates an emergency stop, bringing the car to a controlled stop and activating the hazard lights.<\/p>\n<h2>Lexus Safety System +<\/h2>\n<p>Two more features have been added to the latest version of Lexus Safety System +. Proactive Driving Assist uses the car&#8217;s front camera to identify hazards at lower speeds in the city. For example, the car now recognizes pedestrians about to cross or walk along the edge of the road, parked cars and cyclists. The automatic warning flashers operate at high speed when there is a risk of collision from a rear-ending vehicle. Safe Exit Assist, helps prevent collisions between vehicles approaching from behind when a door is opened or occupants exit.<\/p>\n<h2>Sonic Copper<\/h2>\n<p>For the exterior of the UX, a new color, Sonic Copper, is available for all model versions. For the F SPORT Design and F SPORT Line models, there is an additional variation on the bi-tone color scheme: Bi-tone+. In doing so, the contrasting roof now extends from the A-pillar to the C-pillar and the end of the rear window is now optically connected to the rear door line.<\/p>\n<h2>Digital key<\/h2>\n<p>The UX is now also offered with the option for a digital key. As a result, drivers no longer need a physical key and can unlock and start the car with a smartphone. It is enough to have the smartphone at hand and up to five people can be authorized on the app.<\/p>\n<div class=\"galery galery-0\">\n<figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t<span style=\"cursor: pointer\"
