So there is also an &#8220;old&#8221; LM. Lexus introduced the Luxury Mover &#8211; that&#8217;s its full name &#8211; in 2019, but only in China and a few other countries in Asia. Why? Because they love lots of legroom in the second row of seats there. MPVs and large sedans are therefore still wildly popular in Asia. An SUV simply cannot compete with an MPV when it comes to space. Now it is time for the next chapter of the LM.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"855\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/lexus_lm_500h_72_0710022410bf0c90-1140x855.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157142\"><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Battleship<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Lexus has unveiled an all-new LM. The new battleship is not to be missed with its imposing dimensions of 1.89 meters wide, 1.96 meters high and a wheelbase of no less than three meters. At 5.13 meters in length, it surpasses its predecessor by a whopping 8.5 centimeters. Two huge sliding doors on either side provide access to the second row of seats.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"767\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/lexus_lm_500h_05c5012c13b10d40-1140x767.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157143\"><\/figure>\n<h2><strong>Private jet<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>That, of course, is the place you want to sit in the LM: in the back. It comes as a four-, six- and seven-seater. Inside, the four-seater almost looks like a private jet. It features a partition, refrigerator, 48-inch TV and two large lounge chairs. Above the screen there is a retractable glass partition, so you still have a view to the front and can occasionally give the driver a command.  <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/lexus_lm_500h_49-1140x641.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157144\"><\/figure>\n<h2>Comfortable<\/h2>\n<p>According to the Japanese, the seats feature extra-thick cushions and shock-absorbing material. Adaptive dampers ensure that you won&#8217;t notice any bumps and potholes in the road at all. To minimize noise levels in the LM, <a href=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/autozoeker\/lexus\/\">Lexus<\/a> has taken several measures to reduce road noise from the tires and wind noise around the windows, hood and pillars. The motor, one of the main sources of noise and vibration, and its supports are precisely tuned to reduce vibration.  &nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"641\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/lexus_lm_500h_4-1140x641.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-157146\"><\/figure>\n<h2>Breakdown<\/h2>\n<p>The second-generation LM will be launched in more than 60 countries worldwide, including for the first time in Europe and Lexus&#8217; home market of Japan.
