The car is obviously based on the 2+ concept of the Ferrari Roma V8, with the major difference being a soft top, which returns for the first time to a Ferrari model with the engine in the front for 54 years after the 1969 Ferrari 365 GTS4. For other Spider models, Ferrari opted again and again for a hard roof structure, often made of carbon fiber or aluminum.<\/p>\n<h2>Soft-top opens in 13.5 seconds<\/h2>\n<p>Customers will have extensive personalization options for the soft top, with a choice of special fabrics and contrasting stitching. The soft top can be opened in just 13.5 seconds and at speeds up to 60 km\/h. There is also some luggage space left. A striking feature is the windshield integrated into the backrest of the rear seat. It can be activated via a button on the tunnel console, for surprising interior comfort, according to Ferrari, without taking up additional space.  <\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-content\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"1130\" src=\"https:\/\/autorai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Ferrari-Roma-Spider-8-1140x1130.jpg\" alt=\"Ferrari Roma Spider\" class=\"wp-image-153793\"><\/figure>\n<h2>Performance Ferrari Roma Spider<\/h2>\n<p>The 620 hp and 760 Nm V8 is mated to Ferrari&#8217;s eight-speed DCT transmission. Good for a 0-100 time of 3.4 seconds, a 0-200 time of 9.7 seconds and a top speed of more than 320 km\/h. The Roma Spider has an empty weight of 1,556 kilograms. The V8 engine is allowed to rev remarkably for a turbocharged engine: 7,500 rpm.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<\/div>\n<\/figure>\n<h2>Also quite practical<\/h2>\n<p>The Ferrari Roma Spider is also quite practical. It has a spacious luggage compartment including the cargo hatch in the rear seatback to carry larger items. The car further has standard wireless connectivity via Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and WiFi.
