Tesla dreams of 20 million cars a year<\/h2>\n

On the new platform, Tesla aims to produce two models. Mexico will host one of the new factories where the new Tesla models will be built. Tesla’s ultimate goal is to build 20 million electric cars a year. In 2022, the company made just under 2 million. Cumulatively, Tesla has already produced four million cars.<\/p>\n

Tesla future: hefty investments needed<\/h2>\n

Achieving the 20 million cars per year will require investments of $150 to $175 billion. Of that monster amount, about $28 billion has already been invested to date.<\/p>\n

Tesla Restaurant<\/h2>\n

What else was said at Tesla Investor Day 2023<\/a>? Tesla is running around with the idea of setting up the Tesla Restaurant. These are restaurants at prominent loading locations. The design of the restaurants reminds us of a chain with “golden arches. Tesla is further developing a charging mat that will allow Tesla cars to charge wirelessly via induction technology. <\/p>\n
