The MOTORbeurs Utrecht (February 23 &#8211; 26) will therefore set the stage for the kickoff of a series of celebrations, including the presentation of a special first: the 100 Years Edition of the BMW R nineT.<\/p>\n<h2>BMW R nineT<\/h2>\n<p>The BMW R nineT 100 Years Edition stands out with special paint, chromed surfaces and unique milled components and wheels. Its classic styling makes the R nineT a signpost for the brand&#8217;s history anyway. Especially since the boxer engine plays a starring role in this motorcycle. This type of motorcycle is the common thread in BMW Motorrad&#8217;s 100-year history.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"855\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26775\" src=\"https:\/\/motorrai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/P90488237_highRes_bmw-r-ninet-100-year-1140x855.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>Sports show premieres<\/h2>\n<p>BMW Motorrad&#8217;s other show premieres are sure to make the hearts of sporty riders beat faster. The M 1000 R is the second M model, a super sporty Roadster weighing only 199 kg. The 4-cylinder engine is based on the power unit of the BMW S 1000 RR and produces 154 kW (210 hp). This makes it one of the most powerful Roadsters on the market, with superior performance including acceleration from 0-200 km\/h in 7.2 seconds and a top speed of over 300 km\/h.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"760\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26043\" src=\"https:\/\/motorrai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/P90481394_lowRes_bmw-m-1000-r-10-2022-1140x760.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>New M 1000 RR at Motor Fair Utrecht<\/h2>\n<p>As the ultimate track-derived superbike, the M 1000 RR adds to that. Thanks to targeted stylistic changes and extra hefty winglets, drag has been improved for even greater stability and a higher top speed of 314 km\/h. The 4-cylinder engine delivers 156 kW (212 hp) of power. Thanks to numerous carbon fiber components, the weight has been reduced to just 192 kg.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"761\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26058\" src=\"https:\/\/motorrai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/P90481295_lowRes_the-new-bmw-m-1000-r-1140x761.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>BMW GS Adventure Arena<\/h2>\n<p>The BMW Motorrad GS Adventure Arena will host the 2023 Indoor GS Trophy. Experienced riders will have a chance to show off their riding techniques. The Arena has several loops containing various devices where good balance, throttle\/clutch control and viewing technique make the difference. Each day, several riders compete for honors and prizes on the BMW R 1250 GS provided by BMW Motorrad.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" width=\"1140\" height=\"760\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-26776\" src=\"https:\/\/motorrai.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/P90382453_highRes_bmw-motorrad-motorbe-1140x760.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/p>\n<h2>GS DiscoveRide<\/h2>\n<p>In addition, you can participate in the GS DiscoveRide under supervision. Motorprofessional will accompany the GS DiscoveRide and explain to visitors the proper way to ride a motorcycle in order to be safe and confident on the road.
