Cosmetic modifications Range Rover Velar<\/h2>\n

The updated Range Rover Velar gets a new grille, very slim Pixel LED headlights, a new rear lower bumper and darker accents. The exhausts are optically omitted at the rear. There are two new body colors: Metallic Varesine Blue and Premium Metallic Zadar Grey.<\/p>\n

11.4-inch glass touchscreen<\/h2>\n

In the interior of the refreshed Range Rover Velar, we detect an 11.4-inch glass touchscreen with the latest version of the Pivi Pro infotainment system. Thanks to Active Road Noise Cancellation, it is even quieter on board the car.<\/p>\n

Over-the-air updates<\/h2>\n

Up to 80 percent of the total ECUs in the Velar – such as Pivi Pro infotainment, in-car navigation and diagnostic systems, chassis and driveline systems – are capable of wireless updates. This allows the Range Rover Velar to receive the latest software “over-the-air” for many more systems, without a visit to the dealer. The Range Rover Velar also has an Online Pack with data plan and WiFi.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

No more dials!<\/h2>\n

Controls for climate control, seat heating and audio volume are continuously visible in the new display sidebar. With this, the rotary knobs with push and pull functions are a thing of the past. These turned out to be not always practical in practice. Now the functions are housed on the sides of the touchscreen, much better!<\/p>\n

Leather-free interior? No problem!<\/h2>\n

Range Rover is introducing four new leather colors for the Velar: Cloud, Caraway, Raven Blue and Deep Garnet. Not a fan of leather with animal welfare in mind? The Range Rover Velar is again available with a leather-free interior. The leather-free option combines wool blend from Danish Kvadrat with inserts of Ultrafabrics textiles. The upholstery features a new Diamond Herringbone perforation pattern. Kvadrat’s wool blends are 58 percent lighter than leather.<\/p>\n
